The property is Split into two apartments. Both apartments have a terrace and there is also a large roof terrace. A private parking space, a large communal pool and communal gardens.

The property is located on Urbanization Naricha next to the Capistrano complex. It is close to all amenities including Supersol, Mercadona, Nerja’s sports stadium, bars, restaurants and the local hospital.
It is a 12 – 15 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa and equally the same to Burianna Beach.
The property is part of a community which have a fee of 215€ every quarter. This pays for the maintenance of the gardens and pool.
The community pool is one of the largest in Nerja. It is well maintained and is due to be tilled completely next year with mosaic tiles. There are disabled toilets, sun loungers and fixed Hawaiian umbrellas all provided and maintained by the community.
The property is almost finished from being redeveloped. The property has had new electrics installed throughout as well as the floor retiled completely and modernized.
The top apartment consists of two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen / front room. A single bathroom and a south facing terrace.
Bedroom One has a fitted wardrobe, a mini built in dressing section, a ceiling fan and a safe fitted inside the wardrobe. This bedroom has one window.
The bedroom has been rewired, plastered and painted.
Bedroom Two is an equal size to bedroom one and also has a fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and a built in shelf with four down lighters built in.

Bathroom – the bathroom consists of a bath with also a shower, a toilet, a hand basin, an enclave for a washing machine and a boiler. The bathroom was retiled, re wired and re plumbed last year at the start of the project. It is tiled with basic white tiles, has two mirrors and a window.
Kitchen – A brand new kitchen has been installed into the property. The design is white cupboards with an oak laminated worktop. The doors and draws of the kitchen have the anti- slam mechanisms installed in them. There are white tiles behind the worktop for splash back protection. The kitchen has a single sink with drainage area fitted in front of the kitchen window. There is also a touch sensitive light installed under the wall units for an ambient lighting effect. There is an oven, four pot hob and an extractor fan installed. The kitchen is open plan with the front room.
Front room – The front room is open plan. There is a functional open fireplace in one corner. At the end of the room there is a double sliding doors leading onto a private south facing terrace. There is also a built in shelf section in the opposite corner to the fireplace. The front room can have a corner sofa and a four person dining table comfortably. The front room also
has a window. It is very light and spacious. There is cabling in place from the roof terrace for satellite TV. There is also an access point for a telephone landline / internet from Telefonica.
Terrace – The terrace is south facing with sea views and overlooks Nerja. It is an “L” shape which can easily have a BBQ, storage unit and a table and chairs for four people. The terrace receives direct sunlight all day.
The bottom apartment has its own gated entrance to the property.
We have successfully long term rented this apartment out since we purchased the property.
The bottom apartment is split into two half’s, the back half is the bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a large built in wardrobe. The front half is the kitchen and front room.
Bedroom – The bedroom is spacious with a large built in wardrobe and the en suite bathroom in the corner. A king size bed fits into the room easily with space for other furniture.
Bathroom – The bathroom consists of a shower unit, hand basin and a toilet. There is a window which allows ventilation of the air but it does not let in any natural light.
Kitchen – The kitchen is situated in the corner of the apartment running in an “L” design. There is a free standing gas oven and hob, a under counter fridge and a washing machine in place.
The sink is situated under a window. There is also another window in the room allowing direct sun light into the room in the afternoons.
Front room – The front room has several built in shelves, can fit a two seat sofa and has cabling in place from the roof terrace for satellite TV.
Terrace – There is a small terrace at the entrance to the bottom apartment. It is surrounded by multi-level flower beds and the stairs that lead downstairs to the garden.
There are four flower beds at the end of the property all on different levels with stairs running down the side of the property. One of these flower beds has a mature lemon tree and kumquat tree. This outdoor space receives the sun light all day long. At the bottom of the property there is a 2 meter wide strip of garden with two mature buganvilia plants. At the far end of the garden is a very mature palm tree sitting in a raised flower bed. There is also an undeveloped room at the end of the house here. Currently used as a shed. It is the full width of the house and could easily be created into something more.
The roof terrace is in full sunlight all day and looks over all of Nerja. You can see the whole sports stadium plus a great view of the sea to the south and a great mountain view to the north. There is currently a satellite dish there aligned to UK TV which feeds both apartments. The roof terrace also has a spacious storage cupboard.
There is some small cosmetic works going on at the property including painting outside and the price shown is for those jobs complete.
